Our clients rely on us to effectively manage their projects and expect us to bring them to completion on time and on budget. Over the past 15+ years in business, we have seen tremendous growth with our skilled team of carpenters, managers, and general laborers. We are looking to add another skilled member to our team. This position is for a RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER . The position offers more brain work than hands-on construction. It offers an opportunity to move up in this great field and develop business and management skills. You will be trained to estimate and manage construction projects efficiently. You will learn our system that focuses on organization, budget management, and high quality customer service. The role of a project manager is to win and manage new and existing clients. You will take them through all phases of the home renovation process. We pride ourselves on giving clients the best experience, as well as giving our project managers the best resources and support to excel! The qualifications for this job are: - A minimum of 5 years in carpentry/construction ; experience in a construction project planning and supervisory capacity preferredWe are an upscale residential contracting company located in Burlington, MA.
