As an MSP Help Desk Technician, you’ll be the tech hero our clients rely on. Here’s your mission:

• Your Duties:

• Organization Maven: Keep things shipshape and organized.

• Ticket Whisperer: Create and maintain detailed ticket notes like a pro.

• Microsoft Troubleshooter: Windows 10/11, Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft 365—your turf.

• Network Ninja: Tackle network issues (Firewalls, Switches, Access Points).

• Cloud Connoisseur: VMWare (vSphere and Horizon), AWS, and Azure—your playground.

• Process Pioneer: Help us streamline and boost efficiency.

• Documentation Dynamo: Maintain technical and end-user support docs.

• Project Prodigy: Onboarding, installation, and upgrades—your canvas.

• Collaborator Extraordinaire: Work with our team, customers, and vendors.

• Remote Fixer: RMM tools are your trusty sidekicks.

• On-Site Explorer: Rarely, but when needed, you’ll venture out (less than 10% travel).
