POSITION SUMMARY:

This position of Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization to include corporate positions.

Essential Duties:

• Assist hiring managers with creating job descriptions and develop vacancy templates for recruitment.
• Post open positions on relevant in ATS as well as job boards and/or other career sites.
• Screen resumes, complete phone screenings, assist with scheduling and preparing necessary information for hiring manager interviews as requested.
• Create a shortlist of qualified candidates for hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and assist prepare managers and candidates for the interviewing process.
• Help foster a positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and provide weekly report of open positions.
• Utilize various sources to connect with viable candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Identify ways to increase the candidate applicant pool.
• Represent the organization at recruiting and networking events.
• Assist in creating and maintaining careers webpage to support and promote employer brand.
• Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.
• Track monthly, quarterly, etc metrics including time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient in using social media and other digital platforms for sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, etc.)
• Experience with Paylocity or similar applicant tracking systems
• Familiarity with full cycle recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field highly preferred
• 1-3 years healthcare recruiting experience.
