We are seeking a Fast Food Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • Train and manage kitchen personnel
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or other related fields 
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Ramiro) opened the 1st El Pollo Supremo in the agricultural town of Oxnard, CA. Following an immediate positive response for having the healthiest and more flavorful chicken, he was joined by three friends. Together they set out to expand to new locations. By 1984, the original restaurant had been sold and the first New Jersey Location was established. The Spanish International Research Institute quickly voted El Pollo Supremo as the best fast food chicken restaurant in all of New Jersey and New York. The accolades have been numerous, but none as important as the multiple generations of loyal customers. Parents that bring thirtd children who later grow up to bring their children are the truest measure of quality that continues to withstand the test of time.
