As a Bricklayer, you will play a vital role in executing daily brickwork, blockwork, and stonework tasks on commercial projects. Responsibilities:

• Perform bricklaying, blocklaying, and stonework tasks according to project plans and specifications.
• Ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and quality in all masonry work performed.
• Collaborate with project supervisors and team members to plan and organize masonry tasks.
• Safely operate and maintain masonry tools and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance skills and stay updated with industry best practices.
• Adhere to project schedules and deadlines for timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
• Assist in identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that may affect the progress of masonry work.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in masonry required.
• Proficiency in working with hand & power tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Highly organized and self-directed.
• Critical thinker and proactive problem solver.
• Open-minded and collaborative team player.
• Ideally bilingual, which is a strong plus.
