LOCAL DELIVERY PERSON/WAREHOUSEMAN NEEDED IN GROWING FOOD INGREDIENTS AND PACKAGING DISTRIBUTION WAREHOUSE. LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM, STABLE, RESPONSIBLE TEAM PLAYER.
Work schedule: Mon-Friday 8-5PM - go home daily. Saturday and Sunday OFF.
REQUIREMENTS:
VALID California Class C or B Driver License, clean driving record and minimum of 2 years of driving experience. Experience with refrigerated trucks a plus.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: Experience with shipping, receiving, procedures a plus. Forklift and electric pallet jack experience a plus, but will train. Experience in a warehouse environment. Pass a drug test, background test and e-verify. Must have customer service skills. Must be a team player. Honest, hard worker. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily delivery of orders to local customers using electric pallet jacks. General warehouse duties as assigned. Forklift operation. Pulling and assembling orders based on customers' orders. Loading and unloading of semi and bobtail trucks. Pick up of products from local vendors. Clean up and maintenance of work space.
